Rik Gielen Consulting are positioning as a beacon for those companies that want help and assistance in their sales & marketing journey by offering sales & marketing coaching, social media management/support and overall consultancy on how to move an existing business into or through a digital transformation.

The company was started in 2020 but its founder has been coaching SMEs for many years.  From 2008 until 2016 the founder has been a senior lecturer at a university college in Belgium teaching business model innovation, and general marketing & sales courses. Between 1997 and 2019 he gained experience as a sales executive and sales manager.  Between 1992 and 2020 he created several companies in B2C and B2B market segments, both in EMEA as well as in New Zealand.

Our strong points are our creativity, our rich experience in different sectors (in New Zealand, Belgium and globally) and having worked with most of the sales methodologies.  We have a rational approach to business problems and are able to propose and use fit for purpose solutions for any sales & marketing problem.
